    Important Notes:

    Please note that our costs are based upon the number of bedrooms used during your stay. You have exclusive use of the cottage whether you book the use of one or two bedrooms, but we respectively request that you do not use the second bedroom if you have made a one bedroom booking (and the additional cost for this of £150.00 per night has been included). If the second bedroom is used without prior notice the additional charge of £150.00 per night will automatically be added and invoiced retrospectively.

    All deposits and balance payments to be received prior to your arrival, the balance must be paid no later than 1 month prior to arrival. (If by cheque, please allow a further 7 days to clear).
