Sometimes, short term rentals (1-2 months) may be required, for a variety of
reasons including:
• moving house or a late completion date awaiting tenants to vacate
• house renovation and/or overrunning building work
• disasters such as leaks or floods that leave your own home uninhabitable.

In every case, the Garden Cottage provides a home-from-home, and special all-inclusive weekly rates are available on application. They include all utility bills, council tax, satellite TV including Sky Sports, and a weekly clean with a change of all bedding and towels.

The cottage is geared to day-to-day family living, and the fully equipped kitchen naturally includes a washing machine, dishwasher and all household appliances.
